Mr. Shapiro and staff was great I was taken in for an emergency root canal on two teeth today the procedure was prepped and performed within an hour and went absolutely perfect couldn't have gone better

first time having a root canal done.greeted with a smile when I came into office to check in.ERIN DR SHAPIROS assistant came and got me from waiting area.erin was very professional through out procedure.she answered questions I had while waiting for the DR.DR SHAPIRO was great,made me feel very comfortable about procedure.before I knew it root canal was done.if I had to have another at some point I would go back to WESTERN MASS ENDO AGAIN.

I was there for 2 root canals. The front staff were very nice. I was nice to see humans and not machines to sign it. I was seen by Dr. Shapiro. He was excellent. Made me feel confident with regards to his skills. He let me know when the injections were going to hurt. It still hurt but I had time to prepare. Checked on how I was doing during the procedure. His assistant did the same. A person can't ask for better professionals. If need to have something done, that is the place to go.
