I just got home from a root canal done by Dr. Odierna. This was my first root canal. To say what I think he did a beautiful job would be an understatement. I had no pain and no discomfort during the process which took about 1 hour 15 minute from walk in to walk out. My observation is that that Dr. Odierna is very detailed with his work. His Dental Assistant, Cathy, was amazing. The morning before my appointment, Cathy called me and was very calming over the phone. I told her I was nervous and ensured me everything would be okay and not to loose sleep. She was right. I would highly recommend Dr. Odierna, Cathy and the entire team at WMass Endo. THANK YOU!!! Excellent practice. Second root canal I have had done there. I am terrified of dentists but I am totally confident in WME. So far I have had work by Dr. Odierna and today by Dr. Granados. Both are very professional, very personable and put me totally at ease. I honestly almost fell asleep today while watching HGTV on the tv overhead (yes a TV!!) and getting a root canal. You would realize what a miracle this is if you knew me and my fear of dentists. Thank you Western Mass Endo!!!! More
